I bought this product from India, and I have never seen a product like this before. It is of very low quality and the worst I've encountered. The screws at the bottom of the product keep falling out, and I have to fix it every time. When I pour hot water into another vessel, it spills, sometimes on my leg or foot. This product has a stainless steel interior and a plastic exterior, but the steel is of very low quality and is starting to rust. This product has caused me a lot of stress.
